Hello diary,

Woooooooooooo. It has been a while i didn't post yea? I'm going to write about... before this, I'm taking this opportunity here to wish all of you :

DUMPLING FESTIVAL!

Have you eaten any dumplings today? If you didn't, go out and buy one and eat! I helped my mum to make some dumplings this year so here are the pictures! 

Today, I'm going to teach you all how to make dumpling. It's kinda easy and fun making dumplings. =D
Firstly, prepare the ingredients.

Marinate the meat the day earlier. After that, cook them.

This pic is specially for Emily. Mummie, can you see the fats?

So, it's like this.

The leaves are used to wrap the rice and all that. The strings are used to tie them up.

Before wrapping them, you have to wash the leaves and the strings as well. Coz maybe the leaves got spider webs or whatever. For hygienic purpose, clean them with a NEW brush. See the water? It's so clear right. If I don't tell you this is the water after you soak the leaves, you might have thought that this is bak kut teh. Right?

And then, make the rice brown in colour. I also don't know use what to make them brown, so don't ask me.

THIS IS MY REAL MUMMY! Put everything you want into the leaf. Chocolates, beans, strawberries EVERYTHING.
  Hence, wrap them up and tie them up tightly so they wouldn't come out.

Boil the water. Hence, put the dumplings in. Wait for a couple of minutes.
Finally, they are ready to be served!
Making dumplings are as easy as 1 2 3. If you know how to count 1 2 3, surely you will know how to make.
